Believe it or not; sometimes just doing a small activity can raise a person's mood tremendously. One suggestion is to get out of the house or office for 5 minutes and take a nature walk. Try to pay attention to the smallest details surrounding you. Whether you are out in the suberbs or in the city; it is possible to find simplicity and clear the mind with just 5 minutes of your time. When you are walking, listen to the sound your foot makes as you stroll down your street. Feel how the wind brushes up against you cheek as you step out of you high riser. Just 5 mionutes is all you need sometimes to clear your head and relax.
